Thankful for NBA Playoffs

Thankful for NBA Playoffs

Since Randy wanted to watch the NBA playoffs last night I had an opportunity to spend more time working on the puzzle.  I love when I get to spend additional time with the puzzle that I wasn’t expecting.  I worked on the moon and got all but one or two of the pieces near the moon’s edge.  I put him into place in the sky.  The skyline is starting to come together pretty well between the balloons and now the moon being finished.

I was also able to put in a good chunk of the sandy beach under the tiger’s tail.  Still have a few more pieces to find of that, but it’s a good start at least.

Then this morning before Derek got up I was able to get a little more done.  I started working on the large, bald eagle.  He will be my focus this afternoon while Derek hopefully takes a nap.  Then once that’s finished I think I will work on the “big, ugly dude” fish I was talking about in the previous post.  I don’t know why I decided to tackle the eagle first, but for some reason that’s just where the puzzle lead me.  LOL

I will post new pictures of the moon, sandy beach, and hopefully most of the completed eagle later today.

I’ve got to try and catch up with my friend Charly in Chile….he’s already probably at least 400 – 500 pieces ahead of me.  Gotta keep going….I think I can, I think I can.

Happy puzzling, and thanks for reading.

Penny
